0.2 set a password in your database(If you already have one, just skip this step)

- git clone

- start virtualenv and install packages

- restore data into database Please new a database, ex: ly, below will use ly for example
pg_restore --verbose --clean --no-acl --no-owner -h localhost -U postgres -d ly local_db.dump

config your database parameter, and input secret key
