RunMyOCRRecogiton.py has 4 main functions:

extractFeatures(): which could extract features for all characters normalization(): which could normalize the features test(): which could run test set to get the recognition rate testKNN(): which use knn to get the recognition rate

Please make sure all bmp, pkl and py file in one folder.
