Chatbot383 is personal Twitch chat bot.

Requires:

• Python 3.4+
• Python arrow (0.7+), irc (14.0+) libraries
• Python tellnext library (optional)
• Veekun's Pokedex SQLite database (optional)

Install Python libraries using pip install. For tellnext, pip install with the git repository.

To run, use python3 -m chatbot383 config_file.json
