A Discord bot for everything time based.

This includes a bunch of things time based (at least will). I came up making this bot because I wanted to learn python and I wanted a "sad boi hours" voice channel in my server after a certain time has paseed.

No, I will continue to make Toucan-Bot, but I will spend more time and effort on this one because I feel like this has the most potential to be a useful bot.

No invite yet as I haven't even finished this bot close to being pushed out for everyone.

I will try to make this able to be self-hosted when I finish making the bot.
