A set of imagej scripts for byc and related analysis.

The scripts in /utilities are meant to be installed as plugins in imagej. The code in /lib is just notetaking with the goal of creating libraries to consolidiate scripts in uitilies later on.

According to requirements for imagej jython interpretation everything is written with python 2 syntax.
