matlab_tools

The ODFPF Package is originally written by the Deformation Processes Laboratory at Cornell University. Credit goes to Don Boyce and Paul Dawson. The ODFPF Package available here is a variant of the original ODFPF Package with some additional functionalities.

MTEX is used to generate certain coloring schemes conventional to the texture community. Credit goes to Ralf Hielscher and the MTEX community (https://github.com/ralfHielscher/mtex).

PhotonAttenuation2 Package is orginally provided by Jarek Tuszynski. Its original version is available at http://www.mathworks.com/examples/matlab/3154-tutorial-for-photonattenuation2-package.
