Contents of directory:

1. Genesis folder - Containts the program scripts and an examples folder with input files.
2. TimeSheet Folder - Contains a file to describe the minutes of each group member
3. Group document - A technical manual and a user manual of the re-implemented Genesis.

How to use Genesis:

To install Genesis Python3 must be installed on the users computer.To install Python3 (Linux), use in the console: $ sudo apt-get install python3.6

The modules used were matplotlib and tkinter, as well as numpy.

To install matplotlib: $ sudo apt-get install python3-matplotlib

To install tkinter: $ sudo apt-get install python-tk

How to run Genesis:

Genesis is currently functional on Linux. To run the programme, in the console type: $ python3 UI.py
