How to run this bot yourself.

git clone https://github.com/Rapptz/discord.py.git --branch rewrite --single-branch discord.py
cd discord.py
python3.6 -m pip install -U .[voice]
python3.6 -m pip install youtube-dl
python3.6 -m pip install pycountry
python3.6 -m pip install pythonping
sudo apt install ffmpeg

Copy to .env.example file to .env and addd your API keys.

Then start the bot:

python3.6 bot.py
