Interface to trac to interface to an Excel based ticketing system

Testers and Managers use trac and (unfortunately) reports and external exchange is done using Excel

Because the Excel sheets have complex feature a copy of Excel is needed to download the tickets (no good solution to write after trying xlsxwriter, openpyxl and others)

The system expects some modifications to the Plugin TestManager for Trac

This project is not meant to be used as is (if it serves as sample, be it good)
