Flavor network and the principles of food pairing

Python 2.7 is required. Install dependencies with:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Use the aroma compound compilation from Flavornet and generate a gml file for cytoscape:

python foodpairing/generate_gml.py flavornet.txt > flavornet.gml
