DigitalGlobe Connect for QGIS
DigitalGlobe Connect for QGIS is a Plugin application allowing users to tap into the power of DigitalGlobe GBDX. Users can browse and download results from our vast archive imagery catalog as well as our Vector Index.
This tools purpose is to provide a window into the GBDX platform capabilites to allow developers to enhance this tool and create new tools using our APIs.
- Download repo to your .qgis2\python\plugin directory.
- Start QGIS
- With QGIS open click Plugins > Manage and Install plugins.
- In the search bar, type "gbdx" and put check the box next to the GBDX Plugin.
- Click Close button. A new toolbar is added and can be free or docked.
- Click on the gear icon to bring up the settings. Enter username, password, API Key, and adjust the Max Items to Return export restriction (maximum: 150000). For directions on how to find your API key, go here.
- Click Validate to confirm username, password, and API Key have been entered correctly.
- Click Save to save Settings. Click OK to exit out of Settings dialog.
