reflow: reflow soldering controller  software and firmware

1. firmware for the Atmel at90usb1287 microcontroller providing
control of a hotplate or toaster oven for reflow soldering.

2. a python api enabing communication with the at90usb1287
microntroller via USB.

3. a command line interface which enables control from the
command line. 


Installation instructions can be found in the INSTALL file.
