A python SDL wrapper, sdl.py and smpeg.py are generate by ctypesgen.
It should be no memory error and stable.

Need:

SDL_image >= 1.2.12
SDL_mixer >= 1.2.12
SMPEG >= 0.4.5

libstdc++-6.dll and libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll are provide by mingw.
