An exploratory machine learning approach to predicting whether a Stack Overflow question will be closed or not.

Use given queries on StackOverflow Data Explorer to get open and closed questions dataset and then use data_import.py to get a combined dataset. After getting a combined dataset, proceed with feature_extraction.py.
