this program is modified version of labelme program you can find the original program here https://github.com/wkentaro/labelme

you need pyqt5 and python 3.6 to run this modified labelme(i only have tested it on these setting, ubuntu and windows 7(32bit)) env setting

conda env create -f labelme.yml

after set conda env run

activate label

to run the program type:

python app.py

how to use table view? it shows you the list of "png" image files in the directory you pick and their status(labeled or not). you can open next target image by double click item in table view.
