Web app for Columbia Universities 3 main Dining halls

##Structure of food dictionary:

dictionary holding 0,1,2 keys that pair with respective dininghall foods. -0: Ferris -1: JJ's -2: John Jay

inside each key value is a list with the foodName at the first index and its "attributes" in the remaining indices

Possible routes: -collect cellphone wifi data similar to ADI to get an idea of how packed the dining halls are before you go inside one.
