This is kittybot v2.0, now in Python!

Requires:
 * lxml
 * beautifulsoup
 * irclib
 * feedparser

On ubuntu (probably debian distros too)
	sudo apt-get install python-irclib python-beautifulsoup python-lxml python-json python-feedparser 

HOWTO:
1. set network, channels, nick, name
2. get a developer key from http://www.ipinfodb.com/
3. get a developer key from google for the url shortener
3. paste the keys into the dev_key.py file
4. Optionally setup a nickserv password if you have registered a nick
5. ???
6. Profit!
