Fiji with java 1.8
- dowload and unzip: https://github.com/tischi/Kaia_Achim_3D_CellCount/archive/master.zip
- copy the .jar file to your Fiji plugins folder
- have the two .py files in the same folder (can be anywhere)
- drag&drop the KaiaAchim*.py file onto Fiji and click Run at the bottom of the script editor
- analyse if you put a number here, e.g. 5, only this data set will be analyzed (default: "all")
- threshold
- minimal roundness
- maximal shift
