This is a dev version of the testing tool.

1. Install python 3.7 (or newest) from https://www.python.org/downloads/
2. If 'pip' did not install with python, install it using https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installing/
3. In the command prompt, install TinyDB, xlrd, and wxPython using

pip install tinydb or pip install tinydb --user

pip install wxPython or pip install wxPython --user

pip install xlrd or pip install xlrd --user
