Web Environment Installation Guide:
===================================
1. install bitNumi DjangoStack 1.3 (ships with: Python 2.6.2, Django 1.3, Apache 2.2.17, SQLite 3.5.2, MySQL 5.1.56, PostgreSQL  9.0.3-1)
2. install Eclipse or STS, if not already installed (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ or  http://www.springsource.com/developer/sts)
3. install pyDev 2.2.1 plugin for Eclipse (via update site: http://pydev.org/updates)
4. create a GitHub account (http://github.com)
5. install msysgit Git-1.7.6 (instructions: http://help.github.com/win-set-up-git/)
6. To create your local Git repo, launch GitBash, do:  git clone git@github.com:ttttheman/Cardmeleon.git
7. append the following lines (no preceding spaces) to this file: <GIT_REPO_ROOT>\info\exclude  (here GIT_REPO_ROOT is the .git folder):
   .metadata/
   .settings/
   *.pyc
8. install django-piston 0.2.2 (https://bitbucket.org/jespern/django-piston/wiki/Home) (to install: python setup.py install)
9. apply piston patch (piston.patch in the attachment section): https://bitbucket.org/jespern/django-piston/issue/192/object-handler-fields-override-local-field
10. apply piston RawQuerySet patch: https://bitbucket.org/j00bar/django-piston/changeset/e959ed304915

Mobile Environment Installation Guide:

1. install Appcelerator Titanium Studio (Titanium Studio.exe) - You need to sign up a "Community" account which is free
2. install Android SDK (android-sdk_r12-windows.zip)
3. install iOS SDK
