这是一个有关于旅游资源的分配的问题，主要解决游客用户具有绑定关系，旅游平台获得所有用户如何分配给旅行团，可以让总的成本最低。实际解决的过程主要反向组合拍卖去解决分配问题，利用VCG定价保证各个旅行团的激励相容。
