running MCMC using tempo

python runmcmc.py --help

Usage: runmcmc.py [options]

Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
  -f PARFILE, --parfile=PARFILE
                        par file
  -t TOAFILE, --timfile=TOAFILE
                        toa file
  -i STEPS, --iter=STEPS
                        number of steps
  -m MIXING, --mixing=MIXING
                        number of mixing steps
  -p PARAL, --parallel=PARAL
                        number of parallel processes
-s SEED, --seed=SEED random number seed
  -z STEPSIZE, --stepsize=STEPSIZE
                        step size

After the MCMC is done, use plotmc.py to plot the result for any two parameters.
example:
python plotmc.py PX PBDOT

tempo.py: codes that deal with parsing parfile and toafile
Coordinate.py: codes that deal with RA and Dec
ProgressBar.py: codes that show a processe bar (from internet).
