Open source WEC Simulator

This is the first ALPHA version of the open source WEC simulator openWEC.

The program is fully written in python2.7, using the following modules:

• PyQT4
• Matplotlib
• Numpy
• Scipy
• VTK (only when importing meshes)

ATTENTION: After installation you need to run the program as Administrator!
