A simple flask Web APP to predict heart disease

This repository contains a simple Web Application that is powered by the python Flask micro-framework and a artificial neural network (ANN) model. The ANN model is composed of two hidden layers and makes use of the Keras library and many others the requirements.txt file will contain a curated list of all the used libraries.

The application provides three simple interfaces,

A Patient side view for all patients and users of the system
A Doctors' view for all the doctors to be able to view the patients
An Admins' view for the system admin to add new doctors
