A project to learn about how neural networks work and how you can train them.

This project will be very basic and inefficient as I want to write all the necessary components from scratch.

The neural network in this project is based on 3Blue1Brown's videos on the topic

The evolution based training is based on the work of Samuel Arzt's Deep Learning Cars project.
