It is a python code for a software which is fully functional UI based interactive volume visualization software for TIFF images with features such as clipping, opacity control, slicing etc. Built using VTK framework, PyQT and MatPlotLib. Run the Driver.py to initiate the software: $ vtkpython Driver.py
