1. add blade template form for adding an 'action'
2. add route and controller to process action and save to file (have each action have a hash or identifier)
3. add route to 'get' next action based on last action timestamp
4. have python bot retrieve end point with last action timestamp so we can summon bots
5. add endpoint for bots to register with heartbeat
6. add heartbeat into endpoint
7. add logging into endpoint of specific things as defined by endpoint such that bot will log each item to endpoint an interval for unifed logging/viewing
