When you trying to use the project, please select python 3.6 in venv1 as the interpreter.

The project regards users have available database for use by default, I have attached the Reactions, Metabolites, Genes, Reactionsmeta, and Recon_feedback table files in JSON format to this project. Please import these files to your database and follow the instructions of Django and change the default database from sqlite3 to MySQL.

Make sure you have available Gurobi license for academic use if you want to use Gurobi solver to perform simulation, if not, you could use COBRApy to perform simulation.
