Running python executable tutorial:

First of of all, the python 3.8 installation is required.
	* download from here: https://www.python.org/downloads/
Watch this to install python correctly:

- What to install?
	* matplotlib
	* glfw
	* numpy
	* pyrr
	* pyopengl

To install all the libs required above, run this in Command Prompt:
	- powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File first_script.ps1

After all of this, run (double click) program.py
