MPFit for Astropy

This module provides interfaces to the powerful MPFit python library (based on the MPFit IDL library, based on Fortran's MINPACK-1) usint the astropy.modeling tools.

It may, in the future, also provide the c and fortran implementations of MPFit with python interfaces.
