To install as a Google App Engine instance:

1) Download Django from www.djangoproject.com and unpack
   to /django/

2) Download BioPython from www.biopython.org and copy
   source files to the root directory so that there
   is a directory called 'Bio'

3) Create a Google App Engine application

4) Edit app.yaml to specify the name of the application

5) Test with dev_appserver.py <directory_name>

6) Upload with appcfg.py update <directory_name>
