Run them in this order:

1. Install Anaconda Python Distribution at https://store.continuum.io/cshop/anaconda/
2. Install a text editor, such as Notepad++ or Sublime
3. Run the install.py
4. Run the emcee_install.py

If all goes well, you'll have everything set up. Check out the examples to see if things are working.
