Set of DEVsimPy atomic model for a feed-forward neural network modeling and simulation

#Installation

Put all the content on a Domain/NN new directory and add the "NN" name in the Domain/_init_.py.
Add the NN lib from the DEVSimPy Libraries Manager (right click on the panel and "New").
