The easiest way to get going is to first get the relevant variables:

python get_vars.py -i /data/exp/IceCube/2011/filtered/level2pass2a/1113/Run00118920/Level2pass2_IC86.2011_data_Run00118920_Subrun00000000_00000208.i3.zst -o .

And then to plot them:

python plot_npye.py Run118920_Subrun0_Part208.hdf5
