To fetch the latest changes from gem5.org perform the following steps:

1. clone the gem5-config directory, e.g., hg clone gem5-config gem5-config.working
2. cd gem5-config.working
3. hg convert --filemap convert-from-gem5 --source-type hg --dest-type hg ../gem5 .
4. cd ../gem5-config
5. merge the changes into gem5-config
