Code of Autism Detection Study

Running this code requires only a standard computer with enough RAM to support the in-memory operations.

This code is supported for Windows and Linux. The package has been tested on the following systems:

• Windows: Windows 10
• Linux: Ubuntu 16.04

The code mainly depends on the Python scientific libraries.

First,install anaconda:https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/install/

Second, you have to install OpenFace: https://github.com/TadasBaltrusaitis/OpenFace

There are certain steps to follow (different notebooks are available):

1. Extract all features of the video data (available upon request)
2. Preprocess this data
3. Group Analysis of the data
4. Machine Learning analysis

The notebook already include the expected output. The run time of all scripts for a normal desktop computer is several days. Thus, using a cluster is recommended.
