(1) To install OpenCV in Debian follow instruction under following link:
http://docs.opencv.org/3.0-beta/doc/tutorials/introduction/linux_install/linux_install.html

(2) To install OpenCV in Ubuntu i have used following tutorial(the way for debian does not work for me):
$ cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RELEASE -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$(python3 -c "import sys; print(sys.prefix)") -D PYTHON_EXECUTABLE=$(which python3) ..
$ make -j4
$ sudo make install


(2) Additional LIBS
sudo apt-get install python3-numpy
sudo apt-get install python3-matplotlib

(2) Python version used in this project is >= 3.0. To check it on Debian/Ubuntu:
python3 -V


apt-get install python3-pip
sudo pip install pyttsx

in /usr/local/lib/python3.4/dist-packages/pyttsx
