Pubmed Manual Tagger is a simple graphical editor/tagger for Pubmed abstracts that uses a dictionary-like approach.

It helps with the creation of personalised annotated text corpora for text-mining.

After downloading abstracts from PubMed database, it automatically recognise many terms using MESH vocabulary. The interface allows addition and removal of annotations, and saving the result as a xml for future use in text-mining applications.
