it is used netfilter to change the header of ipv6 packet.
include a server side source which is to change the header
and client side source which is to identify the special header.

source server side:
    1. watch process which register to the cs and wait the command from cs(join a special group to get cs ip)
	1. analysis the ipv6 header(data struct)
	2. add a hook
	3. run the hook

measurement point:
    1. watch process which register to the cs and wait the command from cs
    2. capture the packets which match the rules
    3. calculate the result and deliver it to the cs
