model_builder
This package originated in the Clementi Lab at Rice University.
The model_builder package is responsible for constructing simulation input files (e.g. Gromacs .gro and .top files) for (currently) coarse-grain models of proteins. It can be used in scripts by itself or as part of the project_tools package.
