Analysis code for the Gemini XANES 2020 experiment

1. copy paths_template.py to paths.py

2. edit so that the variable DATA_FOLDER points to your MIRAGE data folder which you copy from Box

3. in terminal navigate to this directory and type "pip install ."

This should install the package and dependencies

See notebooks for examples of analysis You do not need all the expereimental data, but just the runs and diagnostics that you want to analyse But you must maintain the same data structure within MIRAGE

You also will need the ProcessedCalibrations folder from Box for some codes
