Using class taxonomies to enhance multiclass classification.

This runs with Neon using gist id 87ee86a.

• Download the NABirds dataset and associated meta files.
• Install Neon and activate the venv.
• Install ete2 for loading in a taxonomy using pip install -U ete2
• Run the batchwriter to prepare the image data for classifcation.
• Use the training script to train a model.
