A Visualization Toolkit for Improving Deep Learning-Based Segmentation

Visualization of heart substructures using SimpleVTK and PyQt. Applies volume rendering and surface reconstruction using discrete marching cubes with a sincfilter. The DL-part is not implemented yet. The project was a part of the medical visualization course CM2004 at KTH.
