This is a remake of the original 0.77 version of Warcraft Source for Counterstrike Source.
Installation:
Download everything and extract it to your cstrike folder, everything should be in the right place now.
Add the following to your autoexec.cfg:
es_load wcs
This will automatically load everything you need.
For effects:
Download and install Source Python Extensions:

Then download and install SPE Effects by Ayuto:

Add
es_load est_effect
to your autoexec.cfg
