A timer for Posemaniacs.

Posemaniacs’ Thirty Second Drawing is a great site for sharpening your sketching skills. However it lacks of a timer to remind you that time is about up.

Posemaniacs-Timer is a simple timer for this, which will change its background-color when time passing. So you can focus on sketching but don’t need to turn your eyesight to read its seconds.

Because I’ve drawn a lot of bodies without heads.

• Python 3
• PyQt4
• PyUserInput

Depending on your platform, you will need the following python3 modules for PyUserInput to function:

• (Linux) Xlib
• (Mac) Quartz, AppKit
• (Windows) pywin32, pyHook

Take Linux for example, you can install PyUserInput via pip:

sudo pip install python3-xlib PyUserInput
  

1. Open Posemaniacs page and run Posemaniacs-Timer.
2. Set the same seconds & countdown on both’s interfaces.
3. Press Start on Posemaniacs-Timer, enter a fullscreen interface.
4. Now move your mouse to START on Posemaniacs page and click. Timer starts.
