isi-amr-event-extraction

This is a implementation of Biomedical Event Extraction using Abtract Meaning Expression project. Finished at Information Science Institute at University of Southern Califonia.

To run the pre-definied 960 AMR-SMR pairs, just need to type in ./after_ted.sh 960

$number = number of pairs the dataset have To run new AMR-SMR pairs, need to type in ./before_ted.sh $number and then ./after_test.sh $number
