This project is very expirimental and a work in progress.  Please do not expect this to produce usable maps yet.

The mandate of this project is two fold:

1. Provide tools that aid in the creation of mapsforge vector maps from s57 sources

2. Provide a mapsforge rendertheme and tag mapping that closely matches the s57 standard way of displaying nautical charts
