A cataloguing routine for MeerKAT
To run the cataloguer:

Make sure you have Obit installed and set up.

The script also requires: pyfits and vo.table to be installed.

Check the file: CATparams.py to ensure you are happy with the parameters for the cataloguer.

run with: python KATcat.py
-
Output will be in OUTPUT_... directory.
