The MWATS pipeline.

Components

parset.txt: Settings to run the pipeline, including calibration and imaging options. 
locs_parset.txt: Location settings, including output directories and the location of the calibration file.   
SIP_128T_parallel_phase_3.py: Main imaging and calibration code. 
run_pipe.py: Main script to run the pipeline on raijin. 
obs_id_list.txt: List of observations to reduce. 
add_log.py: Code to add the supercomputer output to the fits headers.

Workflow
######################

1.) Get list of observations to reduce. 
2.) Create calibrator file (.cal) using ft_beam.py
3.) Put cal file location into locs_parset.txt
3.) python run_pipe.py

The pipeline will get_data.py > pre_proc_pipe.py > SIP_128T_parallel_phase_3.py. 

4.) python add_log.py. This will add the history into the headers. It has to be run after the main pipeline because it needs the log files produced after processing.
