Automated SLA Tool is a reporting tool which uses reads excel spreadsheets and combines the data to report on help desk metrics.

Warning
This version is hardcoded to build reports for a specific help desk. As a result the code will not fully run on other machines. A more general version is in development. https://github.com/michaelscales88/falcon_reporting

This has primarily been a self-educational tool, but has been useful for automating some reports which required a length of human time to complete. This has been my first foray into OOP and I'm hoping that I the next generation of this program can do something a little more helpful.
